Suggest remedy for difficulty swallowing

Hello. I have had an increased amount of stress in my daily life. I am having a feeling like I can t swallow. Not in my throat, but like what I swallow is obstructed in my lower esophagus. I was on vacation and we ate grilled food. I found a small wire on my steak and removed it, but my brother told me that people are needing surgery due to perforated stomaches. So now I m concerned.

Hello!

I would recommend a barium swallow, which will show whether there is any perforation or other issue in your esophagus, which is causing the difficulty in swallowing.
