Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Handling Heavy Objects And Pain In Hand

About a month ago I went to close my car door.I was fully extended and could only reach the handle with my ring finger. I tried to pull it closed with just one finger and felt a pop in the center of my hand extended down from my ring finger. It doesn t always hurt but very often bothers me and I cannot do anything heavy with that hand without feeling strong discomfort or pain.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the symptoms and sign given here could be suggestive of small joint arthritis changes and it can be well managed with "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day it is better to get done the x-ray of joints and some time may need blood work too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
