Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea

iI was very sick last week I had a very high temp server diaherah mow my butt is swallowed burning can't even wipe usind pep h and tucks not helping at all it hurts from front to back
Was in the hospital for 6 days
Never have diagnosis still taking bactrin antibiotics still have little diareah

It seems residual pathogens in the gut giving little diarrhea. Suggest certain basic remedies for better outcome.
• Consume plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, lemon juice, green tea, coffee, buttermilk, etc.
• Take soft light diet preferably with fresh curd at regular intervals.
• Avoid all oily, spicy, non-vegetarian, junk foods, high fat content items
• Avoid stress, anxiety
• Take medicine dose regularly
• In our clinic, we recommend probiotics like lactobacillus for faster recovery of gut flora
