If I were your doctor, I would also advise you for a Typhi dot test and a widal test for a confirmed diagnosis. However, hepatitis and gastroenteritis both could exist separately in the same individual. This needs a general physical examination along with reports of related investigations. Therefore, I would advise you to go to the ER of your nearest hospital and get yourself clinically assessed and investigated.
