Hi my little boy is seven months old he has diarrhoea has a temperature but any selfie is happy and drinking his milk but I went to the doctors today they tell me he has a viral infection then they tell me I m not like to give him his antibiotics until tomorrowso they tell me to give him some paracetamol is to keep the temperature down but I don t understand why he couldn t have his antibiotics
