Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern....
As per your complain I would like to tell you is that as you have
CHAPPED LIPS the first thing you need to concentrate is to heal the lips followed by taking care of improving the colour tone.
It seems that due to drinking less water there has been
dehydration and start drinking more of water and avoid much of soda..
Apply Petroleum jelly over the lips as it will lock moisture over the lips as well as provide lubrication ..
Apply lip balm that contains bees wax..
Do
cold compresses over lips..
Application of
aloe vera gel will also relieve along with lubrication it has anti bacterial and antiinflammatory properties too..
Avoid high chemical containing harsh face and lip products..
Exfoliate the lips twice a week with a milk scrub and one made at home like mixing oats and honey and scrubbing the lips will help..
Once the lips starts healing apply
Kojic acid containing creams over the lips as it is safe for long term use and will help in improving the colour and reduce darkening..
Avoid sucking or licking the lips as it further evaporates moisture from lips..
Hope this information helps..
