hi doctor i had used tertinion cream mydermetologist had prescribed for marks i had severe side effects which now have reduced but have evendark patches all over my face can you suggest something to clear it as i am getting married on 29th of this month

Hello, you got post inflammatory hyperpigmentation after retinoid dermatitis with tretinoin.
I would adv u to use melawash face wash to wash your face twice daily
Apply melaglow cream twice daily on the hyperpigmented patches.
The hyperpigmentation takes time to fade, since u have marriage coming soon, i would adv you to go for camouflage on the big day.
