Suggest Remedy For Dark, Dry, Flaky Patches On Underarms, Neck And Elbows

Hi, my name is Carly. I have really dark & flaky/dry patches of skin on my underarms, back of neck, all over my stomach, and on the inner layer of my elbows. I am tired of this I m never able to wear shirts without sleeves or bikinis. Please help! this has caused me depression to the point where I only go out at night because I don t want anybody to see my dark spots. Thank you

HI,
I understand your concern.
The dry, black , flaky patches you have in arm pits, back of neck, elbows seems to be a yeast infection ( malassezia).. seen in hot moist climate.
As a result of excessive sweating.
Frequent washing with glycerine soap & use of cotton light clothes can prevent it.
The over the counter ointments containing micanozole is effective in relieving it. Alternately dusting with multifungin powder is used.
Rarely consultation of skin specialists for oral medication becomes needful.
