As you have mentioned in your history it seems very clear that your girlfriend has developed nipple infection. For this you can give her some antibiotic like tab ampoxin 500 mg three times daily or tab cefadroxyl 500 mg two times daily after meals along with some pain killer like tab combiflam or tab ibugesic-plus three times daily after meals with cap omez or cap pantop twice daily empty stomach. Apart form this she can also use neo-sporin powder for local application on cut mark.
