OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting and bleeding in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion, ectopic pregnancy, or bleeding around the fetus (subchorionic hemorrhage).
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist and get appropriate treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
