Formation of a round shape of the skin at the anus on passing stool and vanishing after completion of the motion indicates this can be one of the following:
This can be a small prolapsing pile that comes out on straining during passing stool and vanishes once the pressure is eased out.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the per-rectal digital examination and ano-proctoscopy by a
General Surgeon to get the exact diagnosis.
You may get this operated or banded if this is a prolapsing pile.
Polyp can be removed and sent for histopatho examination.
Take sitz bath before and after passing motion.
Take laxatives and/or stool softeners to have soft stools which do not need straining.
