Suggest Remedy For Constipation In An Infant

My baby is 24 days. her weight is 3.9. she is not getting beast milk sufficient we are giving her NAN pro 1 she is not doing stool almost 24 hours i feel her stomach is hard should i stop giving her for some time Macalvit 2.5ml mor and night & A to Z 5 drops a day which prescribe by doctor to give her?

Hi, sometimes a baby may pass stool once in 4 to 5 days, this is a normal thing and nothing needs to be done for this. There is no need to give macalvit, however you can continue a to z drops. Take care.
