I am experiencing a feeling of constipation, gas and increased frequency of PVC that I can feel. Are these related? Am taking pantoprozole and have tried gas-ex and milk of magnesia without relief. Have not slept for more than 30 minutes at a time for last 2 days. Seems to be worse when lying down. Had gall bladder removed 10+ years ago. Colonoscopy recently that was good (couple non pre cancerous polyps removed without complication). What can I do for immediate relief? Long term I need to increase fiber and water intake.
