Suggest Remedy For Constipation And Hard Motion Due To IBS

Doctor,i have tight motions last 2 months.When checked with stool test, found amoeba bacyeria present.doc gave nor metrogyl tablets for 5 days.and after that again i had tight moion and no motion for sme days.took colonoscopy and thy said its IBS.doc said there isno medicine for IBS.now im following ayurvedic medicines..still i have tight motion and very difficult to pas motion.pls help me...im worried

IBS doesn't have medicine but you don't have to worry for your tight motions because small daily precautions will definitely improve the condition. here are the instructions:
Drink lukewarm water atleast one full glass before going to bed at night.
Add green leafy vegetables in your diet.
Drink plenty of water.
Add liquids like buttermilk, butter, ghee in your food.
