Hello,

It seems to be a viral infection although it is the self-limiting condition may not need any specific treatment, be patience everything will come around, if the vomiting is not under control, then injection of Ondansetron can be tried but for that you will have to see the pediatrician, second stop all the drugs because vomiting could be drug-induced, keep the child nil by mouth for a couple of hours after two hours you can start giving little water, if still, it is vomiting symptom you find then you have to see the doctor for parenteral therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
