Suggest Remedy For Burning Throat With Stomach Pain

Hi, I ve been having a cough and runny nose and tonight I happened to throw up and some came out through my nose . My nose now burns and I feel like I have vomit stuck in my throat . My stomach hurts when I cough and my mouth and throat have a burning/stinging sensation . Please help me! What should I do?

This could be due to gastric acid reflux.
Avoid coffee , tea, carbonated drinks.
Keep regular diet habits.
Take proton pump inhibitors
