Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
He has prostate cancer under control. But his urinary tract infection with acitrom may be responsible for bleeding and pain in urination. You should go for culture and sensitivity test of urine and regularly monitor your INR. If needed change the antibiotics accordingly. Drink plenty of water.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
