Suggest Remedy For Bumps From Infection On Neck

I have, what i believe, to be an ingrown hair on my neck around my adam s apple. when i first noticed it, i would pick at it and squeeze and get what seemed like puss (clear and white) from an infection rather than a pimple. This issue has gone on for almost 2 months. when i left it alone for a while, it created a callused hard cover on it that was noticeable to my peers. no health insurance currently, but really want it to go away. It has been there for so long, last night i really started to mess with it and now it is pretty irritated.

Hello
Welcome to HCM
It will be helpful if you send close up pics of your neck showing the lesions.
I will suggest you not to pick the lesion with nails .
As of now you can apply ,Flucort N ointment 2 times per day for 10 days
If you are shaving that area make sure you shave it in one direction only .
If any further doubt you can write to us.
Thank you
