I feel last weekend and twisted my ankle and when I did it went up under the back of my foot. A few days later I notcied bruising on the part of my right foot going up my leg. I have tingling , bruising, numbness. After a week I am still having these symptoms. I have been icing , elevating and wrapping my foot. It hurts to push on it and still hurts when I walk. Not sure what else to do. Any suggestions? Should I have it re x rayed to make sure nothing else is wrong?
