Suggest Remedy For Blood In Stools

i got blood in motion it is bright red in colouri was suffered with intestina l tb one year ago
is this the reason for it or i am working 14 hrs a day in which 7 hrs before computer and nearly 3 hrs in travelling in heavy traffic and my age is 20 years PLEASE RESPOND SOON!!!!!!!!!!
