Hello and welcome to HCM,
Bleeding from anal region after anal sex is due to trauma during the act.
Trauma to the anal skin can lead to injury and thus bleeding.
The bleeding will stop and the injury will heal only when you allow the anal skin to heal.
Rest to the anal skin and avoiding anal sex will help to heal the anal injury.
Since, you are HIV positive avoid unprotected sexual activity since it will transmit the infection to others.

Thanks and take care
