Hello, You have a blood filled cyst between vagina and anus. You drained it with a disinfected needle and blood was coming out. You also have another bump on under the skin. It looks like you have rectovaginal fistula. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get contrast test, blue dye tests, anorectal ultrasound, etc. You will be suggested drainage, antiseptic dressing, given conservative treatment or recommended surgery if required by your treating doctor. In the meantime you can take Acetaminophen or Combiflam to get rid of pain. Take stool softeners, stay well hydrated, take fiber in your diet and avoid taking oily, greasy food. Take sitz bath at least 2-3 times a day for relieve. Avoid rubbing with dry toilet paper, avoid irritants. You can apply ointment Piles or Anusol on the area affected for relief. Take care.
