Hello thanks for your queiry..
Saliva - effective antiseptic, is helpful in dealing with mouth burns. A burn in the mouth-heals 10 times faster as compared to other burns.
Use some simple remedies to treat it -1) to reduce the temperature of the affected area - suck on some ice cubes and direct them to the roof of your mouth. You could also drink more
cold water and following it you should gargle with some lukewarm water with salt. some stinging will result, but it will give relief from the burning sensation. On an average healing should take place in a matter of 7 days.
Eat food only when it has been cooled and cold milk or soy milk. Refrain-foods with edges & sharp like chips and toast. Also avoid spicy food, hot beverages like hot chocolate, coffee or tea and using
oral hygiene products like mouthwash, as they contain chemicals that may worsen the condition of your burns. Take Vitamin B in your daily diet- helps a lot.
Even if the
blister bursts open ,,donot meddle with the raw area..avoid all the things mentioned above, and also apply topical
anesthetic to reduce the pain..thereby you could consume food..
Hope it helps,,take care..
