Suggest Remedy For Blister On Head Of Penis

Hey, I have had genital warts for a few months now and am struggling to shift them. The cream i used lately, warticon, has worked great until this week when it came to the end of my 4 day recovery period, warts were starting to appear again. Before this I had gotten the symptoms down to 2 tiny white dots. That was a few days ago and now I am on the 3rd day of applying the cream and have developed a blister on the head of my penis. I was just wondering if you could offer me any of advice? Thanks
