Suggest Remedy For Anal Fissure

Hi i have an anal fisure and it's bloody painful. My anus feels like it has narrowed, and i'm finding it difficult and painful during and after a bowel movement. Once i have opened my bowels, i seem to get cystitus for about 4hrs. Somedays are worse than others. I can't understand why this happens ????

Your query being appreciated, if this is the confirmed case of anal fissures then it has to be managed surgically for cure else the medical management may not cure this, I can advise Polycresuline ointment, for local application, with lidocaine local application, stool softener can be tried like Isabgol, try this if it could help you, otherwise surgery is the best option for permanent cure hope this information helps.
