I HAVE BEEN GIVEN TOPAZ 25 MG FOR A WEEK THEN TOPAZ 50 MG FOR A WEEK IT SOMEHOW DOES NOT SUIT ME AT ALL I AM EXTEMELY AGITATED ALL THE TIME I FEEL LIKE SCREAMING AND SHOUTING ALL THE TIME... I HAVE BEEN ASKED TO PAIT IT UP WITH SERENANACE .25 MG ITS NOT HELPING AS AM UNABLE TO SLEEP ALSO PLEASE ADVICE

Topaz can cause agitation and psychotic symptoms in some individuals.
