Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Cramp And Diarrhea
Hello my child is of 3.8 year old, she was feeling pain in abdomen and now she has motion watery.. dr prescribed Spasler-P Syrup + Septran Syrup , she also has fever some time up to 100 can any body help me what s wrong with her and dr prescription is ok?

The medication given is good to affect her pain and loose motions. I would suggest to add syrup Metrogyl 1 spoon three times a day as mixed infection is more likely to cause the symptoms. Along with it, plenty of ORS liquid is essential to prevent dehydration light food like tender rice, butter milk, light tea, would help.
