Suggest Remedy For A Hand That Is Shaking Uncontrollably

I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder 3 years ago. 5 days ago my right hand began shaking uncontrollably. My arm aches. I thought maybe I had slept on it wrong but it still is a problem. Unfortunately, I no longer live in the city where I had a dr and surgery. Is this caused by my injuring my fixed rotator cuff?
