Based on your query data, In my opinion ,Dear You seem to suffer from DIP joint Mucous Cyst of the Synovial sheath of joint.Its also called Ganglion Cyst of the DIP JOint of Middle finger.Thick sticky discharge and refilling of the joint cyst confirms the nature of the Cyst.
