Hi Doctors,

I had a tumor in the parotid gland and it was removed by total parotidectomy on April 9 2010, I am doing well now the numbness on the face has decreased.

Now the problem is that I am feeling a fullness in the throat ( Just above the Adams Apple).I have consulted two ENT doctors and they told me that no lumps can be seen , I has undergone laryngoscopy and HypoPharingoscopy during this consultations.
I was told that it can be Acid Refluxes and gave tables like Veloz for 3 weeks .I am having slight burping comparied to my normal days but do not have any heart burn etc.Since all the scopies did not consider the Esophagus can it be suspected for some swelling or Lump in the esophagus ( at the upper part) ?
Since I have a history of the PA can I expect any such growths at other salivary glands and do they account for my lump in throat feeling.

I request you to shed me some light on the situation and guide me to better diagnosis and treatment
