Suggest Remedy After Eating Roll With Plastic On It During Pregnancy

I am 14 weeks pregnant. I ate two rolls that had been cooked with saran wrap on top...I didn t find out until after that the plastic was there, so it s assumed that it melted into the rolls. Yuck! I feel fine, but I know that can t be good. Should I induce vomiting or wait it out or go to the ER?
