I m really struggling to lose weight. I ve been strictly following the weight watchers plan for 6 months and going to the gym with a PT 3 times a week plus running around after kids, husband and dog.ive only lost 8.5 pounds. I find it very difficult to get going but obviously being a mum I need to and generally have a constant feeling of exhaustion. I m obese so this is frustrating me as I really need to get the weight off for my own health. Have you any suggestions?
