Suggest Remedies For Small Red Dots Under The Head Of The Penis
Hello. For a long time now, I have like a small red dots (pimples) that seem to be under the skin and the head of the penis is covered with small blood vessels.. in Last two years it got worse. I did all the test twice.. nothing was found. Any suggestions? I can provide picture. It s difficult to explain.

It can be superficial inflammation of glans penis as well called balanitis.
