I'm a 19 year old female, and just a little over a week ago I was bitten by a ball python from a pet store. The snake must have been about two and a half feet in length, so not that big. It bit on my knuckle on my index finger. The swelling went down a little bit not much and now I am developing these small bumps around where the snake bit me. They're about the size of the puncture wounds themselves, but I now have seven and they are very itchy. I'm worried that it might be an infection.
