Hello,

Betacap 40 Contains propanolol which is a beta blocker used to reduce increased heartbeats and hypertension subsequently. From this, I can imagine that your migraine is due to increased blood pressure.

Usually, we recommend patients to take it with food. So try to take with food and not on an empty stomach. Take antacids after taking this medicine.

If still no improvement, should go back to your doctor, report this side effect in order to change therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini,
