Hi, i m 38yrs old woman who was diagnosed with Pneumonia a year ago and undergone TB treatement for 6 monthd, my last chestX Rays indicated that: Cardiac size and configuration apoear within normal limits Nosignificant unfolding of the thoracic aorta is present The lung fields are not hyperinflated The lungfields appear clear and no lobar or segmental consolidation is present There is blunting of the right costophrenic angle with pleural reaction at the right base or small pleural collection The hilar shadows appear within normal limits. My pulmonologist said the TB was cleared when i got home and read the Xray notes and found that there is blunting of the riggt costophrenic angle with pleural reaction with small pleural collection. What does this mean? should i be worried?
