Suggest Remedies For Severe Pain In Upper Abdomen And Left Side Of The Chest
i am having severe upper abdominal pain and on lower left side chest. I can t sleep due to pain, seems like have heartburn. I am releasing fermentation gases. I am using co-codomal, ulcer gel, omeprazole and cimitidine but no help i cant bear the pain

Even with cimetidine and omeprazole your pain is not decreasing that suggestive simple gastritis like condition might not be there ...
Perforated ulcer , cholecystitis , pancreas inflammation , severe colitis can be there ....
Your examination and USG needs to be done to investigate further
If needed endoscopy performed for further work up....
According to cause further treatment guided
Meanwhile rest stomach with semisolid diet ....
Advise : Without delay consult er or surgeon nearby ...
