Suggest Remedies For Severe Flatulence, Not Resolved By OTC Medications
I have severe flatulence, day and night. I take quite a few pills-gas-x, phazyme, charcoal pills, Rolaids-nothing seems to help. It is loud and smells. I need help. I don t eat spicy foods or anything that might make it worse. Yogurt makes it worse.

many food substances produce flatulance like spicy foods, dal , onion, swallowing air while eating , beans, high fiber diet
first measure to reduce flatulance is diet control through reducing spicy foods, reduce high fiber diet and items I have mentioned above
probiotics have a role in controlling flatulance like cap. provdac twice daily or cap.enterogermina .
