I went into an extremely hot sauna room about two hours ago. My inner thighs were very much exposed to the heat source which seemed to come from above. Red splotches (not raised or itchy) appeared in just that area after I left the room. They haven t gone away since. I also have not applied any sort of product or even touches the area with a towel. The only effect on that area was the immense heat. Should I be concerned?
