General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To treat red , raw, painful labia & vulva you should take cold sitz bath & apply zinc oxide cream after drying to get rid of discomfort. Neosporin or soframycin cream are also effective. Such symptoms can be caused by rough sex, Vulvodynia, vulvar cancer or hormonal changes. You are suggested to visit a gynecologist & get clinically examined. You need medications & antibiotics/ antivirals. (oral or intravenous.) Do visit a doctor, do not neglect yourself. You need urgent treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
