Suggest Remedies For Persistent Elevation In BP Levels

My BP normally run on the average of 138/98. I have seemed medical treatment but nothing has changed I the last five months. Meds, exercise, change in diet, salt, alcohol, and weight. I m 42, 5 9 , weigh 190. Though my body mass is on the muscle tone, I understand it s to much for my frame. What can I do different? JUNIOR

Hi thanks for contacting health care magic....

Your weight seems to be high....
Only increase muscle mass not lead to increase weight....

For weight reduction calories has to be burnt.
Rather then body building exercise do flooring exercise or jogging , running , tennis etc....

Along with low fat , low salt diet taken...

If life style measures not helpful , enalapril can be started...

If still blood pressure not controlled then search for secondary cause done.
Like endocrine disorder , cardiovascular problem , kidney problem etc....
Detail history , USG and ECG helpful for it.

Consult physician for it....
