Last week my wife and i wer having sex i banged my penis and was bleeding from it , the bleeding stopped but sometines outta knowwhere my penis bleeds dont have any pain in my penis and can grab it with no pain there is no swelling my penis was fine before sex

If there is bleeding from the inside of penis then you should do urethroscopy to rule out possible urethral injury. However,in most cases this is self limiting and will pass in few days.
