Suggest remedies for pain on right side of the incision after C-section

Hi, i had a c-section 6 weeks ago, and my pain had subsided until the begining of this week. The area around the right side of my incision is very pink and i feel like needles are being stabbed into it, is there anything i can do about it? Should i go to the emergency room?

The surgery was done with my hemoglobin at 6 and platelets under 75000, now if I cough ,sneeze, laugh etc. There is a severe burning and what almost feels like gushing in my left side about 5-6 in above the incision. The incision itself has no pain or other problem.

Hi, I am 37 years old and delivered a baby boy by c section 3years 2 months ago. I had severe pain on the right side of my lower abdomen just above the stitch line although the stitch was fine. The pain was so much that I was not able to lift my baby. I was on bed rest for one and a half years and the intensity of the pain reduced a lot but the pain did not go completely. My abdominal muscles are very week and if I try any kind of exercise to strengthen them the pain starts again. When I sleep in the night and get up in morning I feel some relief but as the day progresses and activity increases the pain also increases. I have done sonogram 3-4 times but all of them are normal. Kindly help me know the reason of the pain and solution to get rid of this pain
