Suggest Remedies For Pain In Both Shoulders That Radiates To Neck And Arms
yes i have been having pain in both of my shoulders had mri slight tear had cortizone shot in left shoulder helped some both still hurt going to chriopractor no relief now im having burning in both shoulders an neck an goes down both arms wakes me up some nights
I'm sorry for the pain you are currently experiencing.
You would need to employ some other strategies to resolve the pain.
1. Apply ice packs on the affected areas up to 8 times daily for 10 minutes each time.
2. Apply topical pain medications
3. Schedule a visit with a physiotherapist. The physiotherapist would start you on an exercise plan to stretch the muscles of the shoulder and make them more flexible, reducing the pain.
4.Rest both shoulders as much as you can. If your job involves stressing the shoulders such as in swinging arm movements, you might need to reduce those activities for a while.
I hope i have answered your question.
Please i would love to hear from you, so get in touch with me if you've got more questions.
Best wishes.
