Suggest Remedies For Pain And Numbness From Distal Phalanx Fractures

30 days ago I fell and snap my middle and ring finger they bent back and I fell on them with and my weight . X-rays confirmed distal phalanx fractures on both so went to orthopedic and he put splints on and said will do more X-rays in 2 weeks . So had new X-rays and he showed me a small bone chip laying next to the bone and said they looked worse than the 1st X-rays or I m just a slow healer.. That being said I have a lot of pain still and numbness in my finger tips and fingers swell when I take the splint off .. I m so over it please help !

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fracture then it has to be managed accordingly like if it was given splint then it ought not to be removed till the 3 to 4 weeks or till it get healed, it is advisable to apply it again, hope this information helps.
