General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Need to get an ultrasound abdomen and pelvis to look into the ovaries as you feel it as ovarian cyst pain, needs evaluation for the same.

Usually, unless the ovarian cyst is large and is confined to pelvis with compression they won't usually cause the trouble you had.

Once the scan is done then can evaluate otherwise. let us know what the scan report is, so we suggest you if no cyst what other possibilities will be based on history.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nataraj Naidu R, General Surgeon
