Suggest Remedies For Occasional Pain In The Mid Chest

Dear Sir,
some time i have feel samll intensity pain in middle chest(at centre).
and this pain goes when i drink some water.
but exact reason is not known, and nothing come in X ray also.

I will be thankfull if you proide some suggestion.

I can understand your concern.
Your chest pain is central in position and subside by drinking water, so possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more in your case.
GERD is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause symptoms of central chest pain.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid hot and spicy food.
2. Avoid stress and tension.
3. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
4. Take pantoprazole tablet on empty stomach.
5. Keep 2-3 pillows under head in bed to prevent reflux.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
