Suggest Remedies For Muscle Pain, Sore Throat And Persistent Headache

Recently(last week Wednesday noticed) I had what seemed to be a virus I was tested for galangal fever the results came back negative how ever I still feel achey boned sore throat mild and bad head aches what can I do to help besides Panadol and throat spray...?

Many viruses are treated non specifically with fluids, rest, pain medication as needed.
In some cases, there may be specific treatment directed against the virus itself but this is not the norm with most.

You may want to consider using an anti inflammatory pain killer instead of the panadol, this may more effectively treat your pain. Eg naproxen, cataflam, ibuprofen

In most cases the symptoms last 1 to 2 weeks though fatigue can sometimes persist up to 2 weeks after all other symptoms have resolved.
