General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank You for the query at HealthcareMagic

Your symptoms are possibly suggestive of muscle strain.
There are few things to follow to help relieve your symtoms
-Use heat compress to relax muscles and relieve strain
-Take Ibuprofen,if not allergic for pain
-Make sure you are sit appropriately in comfortable chair while feeding your baby
-Try not to carry around heavy weights. While lifting your baby up, bend the knees first instead on stooping down at your back.
-Do not wear heals as it can increase muscle strain.Wear comfortable flat shoes.

If still the pain continues/worsens or if you develop pain/tingling/numbness in thighs and legs, please follow up with your doctor to rule out disc problems/sciatica.

Hope I was able to help you
Please address any more concerns
Regards,
Dr.Lekshmi
