My 11 month old she had fever that lasted 5 days gave her mourn and Tylenol hen got a red rash all over her body seems to be very tired and sleeps 3 hours twice during the day now is day six and no fever but 11 month old baby has a temperature of 96.5 she feels cold and sweaty she stills sleeps 3 hours during the day low appetite what should I do?

may have develop drug sensitivity. stop all drugs. now temperature is normal it can also be measles. so keep under observation. maintain hydration. give normal food.can give vegetable soup
